Our Sisters’ Keepers

Meet in person if the weather allows, otherwise on Zoom.

Our Sisters’ Keepers is a women’s interfaith group started in September 2017 by women from East Shore and the Muslim Association of Cleveland East (MACE). It now includes members of numerous Muslim, Unitarian, Jewish and Christian faith groups in northeast Ohio as well as unaffiliated individuals.

Our Sisters’ Keepers will meet from 2:30pm to 4:30pm on Sunday, January 8 at the Northern Ohio Intercultural Association (NOICA), formerly known as the Turkish Cultural Center, 13303 Madison Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107. If weather or Covid is bad, they will re-schedule.

The speaker is Dr. Zeki Saritoprak, a professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies and director of the Bediuzzaman Said Nursi Chair in Islamic Studies at John Carroll University, and a native of Turkey. (OSK events are for women but occasionally they do have a male speaker.)
